The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, D0 ORDAIN, as_~ollows:
Section 1. That Section. 15-31 of the Butte County Code
~is hereby added to read as follows:
§15-31. The County of Butte is exempt from the provi--
~sions of the Solar Shade Control Act, originally established by
~Ghapter 1366 of the Laws of 1973 (the exemption is pursuant to the
authority of Public Resources Code Section 259$5).
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to be in full force and effect from and after thixty (30)
days after the date of its passage, and befare the expiratian of
fifteen. (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors votizzg for and against it in the Oroville Mercury ,
a newspaper published in the Oounty of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
~Gounty of Butte, State of California, this 23 day of January
1979, by the following vote:
