section in its entirety.
This ordinance shall take effect on March 3, 1979, which is beyond
30 days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen
X15) days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper published
in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte this 30 day of January 1979, by the following vote:
