The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
DO ORDAIN, as follows:

Section 1 that Section No. 3(A) of Ordinance No. 1722 of the County
of Butte entitled SALARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEES is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following:

Section 2 that Section No. 31 of Ordinance No. 1722 of the County of
Butte entitled SHERIFF-CORONER-ENFORCEMENT 350-002 is hereby amended by

and adding thereto the following:

Section 3 that Section Na. 43 of Ordinance No. 1722 of the County of

therefrom the following:

This ordinance shall take effect on March 31, 1979, which is beyond
30 days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen
{15} days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper published
in the County of Butte, State of California.

this 20th day of February 1979, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Moseley, Wheeler and Chairman Luke
NOES: Supervisors Dolan and Winston
