The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
..California, DO ORDAIN a5 follows: _
. ...
Section 1. That Butte Coi~.nty Cade Chapter 26 is hereby
amended by adding Section 2b-15 thereto as follows:
§2b-15. Street Address. The occupant or owner of the
building shall cause the street number to be displayed upon the
building or land in such a. manner as to be visible from the street
~or road upon which the land or building fronts, and shah. remove
ar obscure from. public view any old ar previous number not in
accordance with the system. The minimum height of numbers to be
used shall be three (3) inches and contrasting color from basic
~backgraund.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30)
days after the-date of its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, this ordinance shall be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting for and against it in the Paradise Post
a newspaper published in the
',County of Butte, State of California.
