The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
DO ORDAIN as follows:

Section ] , That §20-152 of the Butte County Code be amended to read

§20-I52o (Street lighting system.) Street lighting for all subdivisions
shall be as provided in the subdivision standards resolution, provided further, however,
i that said standards may not require mare than the installation of -cond.tiit and pul I boxes
~'I~and does not include poles /or eleetroliers.,,
Section 2, This ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be in
full force and effect from and after thrity (30) days after the date of its passage, and
before the expiration of fifteen "~(15) days after its passage, this ordinance shat! be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for
and against it in the Chico Enterprise Record , a newspaper
published in the County of Butte, State of California.
