This Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California,.DQ ORDAIN, as fol.l.ows:..
~Sect~o~i 1. That Butte County Ordinance No. 2032 is
hereby repealed.
Section 2. This urgency ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen
(l5) days after its passage shall be published once with the
names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and
against the same in the Gridley Herald, a newspaper in general
circulation in the County of Butte, State of California.
The fact constituting the urgency on which this ordinance
is based is that the SR-l zoning district established by Interim
Ordinance No. 2032 prohibits uses which are not in conflict with
a zoning proposal contemplated by the Planning Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors this 10th day of July, 2979, by the following vote:
AYES : Supervisors Moseley, Wheeler, Winston and Chairman Lemke
NOES : Supervisor Dolan
ABSENT : 1\lone
NOT VOTING : mane
