The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
Cal ifoxnia, DQ ~3RDA_I,N as .follows;
SECTION 1. Defz.niton. Chapter 24 of the Butte County
Gode is hereby amended by the addition of the following section:
24-21.45 (a) Yard, side or rear:
"Areas which extend a specified distance from
side ar Fear lot lines and which are not to
be occupied by buildings, accessory buildings,
fireplaces, utility connections or other
structures or equipment extending more than
l2" above. ground level,"
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (~0)
days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen {15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting for and against it in the Oroville Mercury
newspaper,:. published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 11th day of September,
1979, by the following vote: ',
