Section 6 that Section No. 63 of Ordinance No. 1722. of the County of Butte entitled SIJPERINI~ENQENT OF SCHOOLS 620-002 is hereby amended by deleting the section in its entirety. This ordinance shall take effect on October 27, 1979, which is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published in a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
