The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, DO ORDAIN as follows:

.. _ . _. Section l .. _That ~ Sectz.on 13-120 of the Butte Couz~ity Code
is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That Section 12-122 of the Butte County Code
g is hereby repealed.
q Section 3. This ordinance sha11 be and it is hereby
g declared to be in full force and effect froze and after thirty (30)
g days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
ZO fifteen (l5) days after its passage, this ordinance sha11 be
11 published once tiaith the names of the members of the Board of
I2 Supervisors voting for and against it in the Chico Enterprise Record
13 a ne~rspaper published in the County of Butte,
Z4 State of California.
