The hereinafter described area situated in the .County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby 'zoned as an "A-5" (Agricultural - 5 acre parcels) District, and sue area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulatians hereinafter specified and provided. Said area so zoned being located in the unincarporatcd area of Butte County, Chico, more particularly described as follows; Parcel 1: Lots l and 2 of tl~.at recard of survey xecorded in ?+Iap Boak 51 on Page 35 of the Butte County Recorder. Parcel 2: That portion of Lot 2 of that Parcel I~~tap re- corded in I+Iap Book 45 on Page 1.00 of the Butte County re- corder, located t~rest of the fallo~ring described line: Beginning at a point on the h1 line of said parcel 2 located S 89° 20' 4S" T~'1 2450 ft, distant from the NE corner of said Parcel 2; thence S 5l° E to the center of Rock Creek, also being the southerly line of said tat 2, and the end of the herein descr~.bed line. General. farming, horticulture, commercial livestock, poultry production, warehousing and storage. 3. Accessory buildings and uses pertinent to the permit- ted uses, including agricultural processing plants. 4. Housing facilities (including mobile homes} to accom- modate only agric~.tltural employees and thez.r. families employed by the owner or operator of the premises; and provided further tl~.at such housing facility shall be considered accessory to tl~.e main building and shat: conform to the provisions pertaining to required yard and open space far d~Erellings. 5. "Mobile homes to house one family ~~hen s~xch mobile home is the only housing facility located on the premises, provided the following conditions are con- formed to: a. The floor area within the mobile home shall not be less than five hundred (500) square feet. b. The parcel of land conforms to Section 2~-72 (C') (`~inimum lot area of -five (5) acres), or a smaller parcel of land lawfully created. All uses of land within t11e district not specifically authorized and permitted are prohibited. SEGTION 4. In compliance with the provisions of said ;;utte County Code, Chapter 24, the same is hereby amended by adding this Ordinance in fuli , SECTION 5. The penalties far the violation of tla.e zoning hereby imposed within the district shall be as provided in the butte County -Code, Chaptex 24, this Ordinance shall. from and after its effective date become a supplement to and part of the Butte County Gode, Ghapter 24. SECTION 6.
