County. _.. _. ,. Code of said County DO ORDAIN as .follows: SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an "AR-A'IH-1" {Agricultural Residential-Mobile Home - 1 acre parcels) District, and such area shall be subject to tl~.e restriction and restricted uses and regulations hereinafter specified and Drovided. Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte County, Gridley, more particularly described as (allows: Lot 15, 16, 17, 18 as shot~~n on that certain map entitled "Map of Gridley Colony No. 2, Near Gridley, Butte County CAL."t~~hich map was recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California, December 2b, 1905 in Book 4 of ~~aps, at Page 4I. Containing 35.68 acres, more ar less, Gridley. SECTION 2. REGULATIONS FOR AN "AR-r~IH-1" DISTRICT The follo~,ti*ang regulations shall apply in an 'TAR-I'4H-1„ District, (A) USES PER~IITTED I. Tn compliance with the provisions of said Butte County Code, Chapter Z4, the same is hereby amended by adding 16 this Ordinance in full., 17 SECTION 5.
