AN ORDINANCE BONING A PORTION OF TI-IE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, A "SR-1'° {SUBURBAN
RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CNAPTER 24-29.

4 SECTIO?~T 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
g zoned as a "SR-l" (Suburban Residential - l acre parcels) District,
7 and such area sha11 be subject to the restrictions and restricted
g uses and regulations hereinafter specified and provided.
g Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated

~I All of Lot l4 and the easterly 435.78 feet, of Lot

15 SECTION 2. REGULATIONS FOR. A "SR-1" DISTRICT:
16 ~ The fallai~ring regulations shall apply in a "SP~-1"

2I 2. Accessory buildings pertinent to the permitted uses.

hereby imposed within the district shall be as provided in the
Butte Caunty Gode.,..Chapter 2~,.this Or.d~.nance shall.from.and..af.ter

',a.ts effective date become a supplement to and part of the Butte
Gounty Gode, Chapter Z4.
SECTION b. This Ordinance shall be and ir. is hereby
declared to be in full farce and effect from and after thirty (30)
days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting fox and against it in the Chica Enterprise, a
newspaper published in the Gounty of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
Gounty of Butte, State of California, on the 11th day of r;December
1979, by the following vote:
(AYES: Supervisors Moseley, Wheeler, Winston and Chaarman Lemke
