AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTTDN OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE.
OF CALIFORNTA, A "AR-MH" (AGRTCULTURAL-RESIDENTIAL MOBILE
HOME) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of ',
alifornia, under and pursuant. to.Chapt_er 24-29 of the Butte.County
:ode of said County D0 ORDAIN as follows:
SECTTON 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
6 the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
6 zoned as a "AR-~~H" (Agricultural-Residential A'~obile Hame} District,
? and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted
8 ses and regulations hereinafter specified and provided.

lg SECTION 2. REGULATIONS FOR A "AR-MH" DTSTRTCT:
17 The fallowing regulations shall apply in a "AR-MH"

19 (A) USES PERMITTED:
20 1. Dne single-family dwelling per parcel.
2I 2. Ma.bile homes to house. one family, when such mobile
22 home is the only hausi.ng facility located on the prem~
23 ises, urovi.ded the following conditions are conformed

23 a. The gross area of the mobile home shall nat be le:

3. Accessory buildings pertinent to the permitted uses.
4. Agricultural uses., except livestock, .subject to re-
quirements as follows:
In addition to the minimum square footage required
to be devoted to residential use the fallowing mini-
mum lot or parcel areas shall be required for each
animal raised or kept on the premises.
a. For each horse ar head of cattle aver (1) year
of age, eight thousand one hundred twenty-five
(8,125) square feet.
b . Far each head of swine over t.~n (l o) weeks of age ,
eight thousand one hundred twenty-five (8,125)
square feet.
c. For each head of sheep ar goats, two thousand
X2,000) square feet.
(B)-THE FOLLOi~TNG USES-ARE PERMITTED SUBJECT TO SECURING
A iISE PERMIT IN EACH CASE
1. Duplex dwellings and multiple-family dwellings.
2. Golf courses, countxy clubs, if permitted, would per-
mit acdessory uses such as driving range, pro shop,
cockta~.1 bar, restaurant.
3. Public and quasi-public uses including churches, fire
houses, hospitals, parks and playgrounds, schools and
public utility districts.
4. Commercial poultry farming and livestock farming.
5. Veterinary clinics, outpatient:

6. Nurseries and plant gaxdens.
7. Sales tract office;
(C) The provisions of Section 24-33 shah. apply.
SECTION 3. All uses of land within the district not
pacifically authorized and permitted are prohibited.
SEGTTON 4. In comp~.iance with the provisions of said
utte County Code, Chapter 24, the same is hereby amended by adding
.his Ordinance in full,
9 SECTION ~. The penalties for the violation of the zoning
10 ereby imposed within the district shall be as provided in the
11 utte County Code, Chapter 24, this Ordinance shall from and after
].2 its effective date become a supplement to and part of the Butte
13 ounty Code, Chapter 24.
14 SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
15~~.eclared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30)
16 ays after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
1? fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
18 ublished once with the names of the members of the Board of
19 upervisars voting fax and against it in the Oraville Mercury, a
20 ewspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
21 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
22 ounty of Butte, State of California, an the 29th day of January,
23 1,980, by the following vote:
