Section 1. That Section 21.28 of the Butte County Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
X21.28. Mobilehome: A structure transportable in one or more
sections, designed and equipped to contain not more than two dwelling units
to be used with or without a foundation system. Mobilehome does not include
commercial coach, or factory-built housing, as defined in Section 19971 of
'I the Health and Safety Code.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be
in full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of
its passage, and before the expiration. of fifteen (15) days after its passage,
this ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members of the
Board of Supervisors voting for and against it in the Oroville Mercury ~ a
newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of Californian
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this 5th
day of February, , 1980, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Wheeler and Chairman Lemke
NOES: None
ABSENTS Supervisors Moseley
Winston
NOT VOTING: None
