AN INTERIM DRDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OE THE COi?NTY
OP BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN "P-Q" (PUBLIC-
QUASI-PUBLIC) DISTRICT
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24--30 of the Butte County
Cade, and declaring an emergency, DO ORI]AI~T as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinaftex described area situated in
the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
zoned as a "P-Q" (Public-Quasi Public) District for a period of
e hundred tirenty (120) days, and such area shall be subject to
the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations pursu~.nt to
Butte County Code Sec. 24-129.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated

All that certain real property situate in the County
of Butte, State of California, described as follows:
A portion of the S~t~ l/4 of Sec. 30, T22N, R4E,
A4DB~R'~, more particularly described as fallai,rs
Commencing at the N~V corner of the StV 1/4 of said
Sec. 30, said point being also the SiV corner of ~~EST
FEATHER RIVER ESTATES UNIT N0, 3, the Official ~~ap of
which was filed in the office of the Recorder of the
County of Butte, State of California, July 27, 1950
in Book 24 of ~4aps, at page ~; thence N 88° 58' 25" E,
along the S line of said Subdivision and said line pro-
jected, a distance of 1.456.07 ft. to a 3/4 inch iron
pipe marked L.S. 2843, marking tie true paint of begin-
ning for the parcel herein described; thence from said
true point of beginning, continuing-N 88° 58' 25E' E,
300.58 ft. to a point in the centerline of the Pentz-
Aiagalia ~Iighway; thence S 11° 38' S3" l~, along the
centerline of said Per~tz-Macgalia Highway, a distance of
1$7.27 ft.; .thence S 88° 58' 25." Z~V, a distance of 295.49
ft. to a paint on the easterly Line of that certain par-
cel of land described in the Deed from A. M. Haefling,
et ux, to Carl I~~. Fischer, a single man, dated June 1i,
1962 and recorded June 15, 1962 in Book 1185 of Butte
County Official Records, at page 520; thence N 10° 07'

g SECTION 2. This urgency ordinance shall take effect
4 immediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen
5 (1 S) days after its passage shall be published once with the names
6 of the members of the Board. of Supervisors voting for and against
7 i,he same in the Paradise Past, a newspaper in 4eneral cixculation
8 in the County of Butte, State of California. The facts constitutin
9 the urgency on which this Ordinance is based are:
