The Board of Supervisors. of the County of Butte,, State of California,
DO ORDAIN, as follows:
Section 1. That Section 2-25.1 is hereby added to the Butte County
Code to read as follows:
§2-25.1. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in §2-25, the
boundary lines between supervisorial districts two and three were incorrectly
adopted through error and misunderstanding. Therefore, notwithstanding
anything to the contrary in~§Z-Z5, the following described real property is
included. within supervisorial district three:
