AN ORDINANCE ZONTNG A PORTION OF TIE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATD OP GALTEORNIA, A "C-2" (GENERAL
CO1'~~ERCIAL) DISTRTCT, PURSUA'~T TO CHAPTER 24-29.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24--29 of-the Butte Caunty- ~-
Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
6 zoned as a "C-2" (General Commercial) District, and such area shall
7 ~~be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations
8 ursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-105.
9 Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
lO~Earea of Butte County, Oroville, more particularly described as
11~ !!follows
12 Lots 2, 6, $ 7 of Bloch 3 of "Barnes Tract" per map
of record in A7ap Book 18 on Pages 48 and 49 in the
~3 office of the Butte County Recorder.
34 Containing 0.43 acres, more or less, Oroville.
35 SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
16 declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30}
17 days after the date of its passage, this Ordinance shall be pub-
~$ fished once with the names of the members of the Board of Super-
~9 visors voting for an against it in the Oraville A~ercury, a newspap
20 published in the County of Butte, State of California.
21 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
22 County of Butte, State of California, on the 26th day of February
23 1980, by the following vote:
24 AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Moseley, Wheeler, Winston and Chairman Lemke
25 NOES : None
26 ABSENT : None
