The Board of Supervisars of the County of Butte, State
of- California,..DO.ORDAIN, as .follows:

Section 1. That §2-5 and §2-5 of the Butte Code Code
are hereby ~epealed._
Section 2. That §2-5 be added to the Butte County Code
to read as follows:
§2-5. Pursuant to §24355.1 of the Government Code,
the affidavit required of each officex of Butte County authorized
to collect money by Government Code §24354, and the affidavit
required of each officer of Butte County not authorized to collect
money by Government Cade §24355, may be taken and suscribed by
a deputy, designated agent or assistant of said officer.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30)
days of its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15)
days after its passage, shall be published ante with the names of
the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against
,it in the Oroville Mercer , a newspaper published
in the County of Butte, State of California.
