1 ~ The. Board of Supervisors of t;~e County of Butte, State of
2 California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County
3 Code of said County DO ORDAIIrT as follows
4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described .area situated in
5 the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
6 zoned as a "C-2" (General Commercial} District, and such area shall
7 he subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations
~ pursuant to Butte County-Code Section 24-IQS.
9 Said area so zoned being Located in the unincorporated
10 area of Butte County, Chico, more particularly described as follows;
I1 The southwesterly 290.4 ft, of hot 2, all of

zoned as. an "'R-1'' Single-family Residential) District, and such
area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and
egulations puxsuant to Butte Caunty Code Section 24-13Z.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
rea of Butte County, Chico, more particularly described as follows:

Clue County of Butte, State of California., shall be and it is hereby
zoned as an "H-C" (Highway Commercial) District, and such area shall
he subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations
pursuant to Butte Gounty Code Sec. 24-ll;i.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
area of Butte County, Chico, maxe particularly described as follows.
All that property located within 3~0 feet of and
southwesterly of the folloti~~ing described line:
Beginning at the intersection of the northeasterly,
extension of tl~e northwesterly line of Evans Tract

SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to be in fu11 force and effect from and after thirty {~0)
days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen (l5) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisaxs voting for and against it in the Chico Enterprise
Recaxd, a newspaper published in .the County of Butte, State of
California.
