STATE OP CALIFOP.NTA, PUP.SUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 California; under and pursuant to Chapter-2.4-29 of the Butte County. '.
3 Cade of said County DO ORDATN as follows:
4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
6 zoned as a "TM-5" (Timber IVlountain - 5 acre parcels) District, and
7 such area shall. be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses
g and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-174.
9 Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated

13 All that certain real property situate in the
County of Butte, State of California described

13 A portion of the 5E l/4 of Sec. 31, T24N, R3E,

map was filed on April 24, 1978 in Book 65 of

SECTION 2. The hereinafter described area situated in

sand such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted
uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Cade Section 24-177.

uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-180.

13 SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
14 declared to be in full force and effect .from and after thirty (30)
15 days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
18 fzfteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall b~e
17 published once with the names of the members of the Board of
18 supervisors voting for-and against it in the Chico Enterprise
~9 Recard, a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
20 California.
21 PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE Board of Supervisors of_ the
22 County of Butte, State of California, on the 11th day of Maxch
23 1980, by the following vote:
