AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALTFORNIA, A "lei-T°' (UI:GHT~
INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 Galifornia,.under and.pursuant..ta.Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County
3 Code of said County DO ORDATN as follows:
~} SECTTON 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
6 the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
g zoned as a "?+~-T" (U~glrt• Industrial) District, and such area shall
7 be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations
g pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-114.
g Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
10 area of Butte County, Chico, mare particularly described as follows

Excepting 'therefrom that portion of the above descr~:bed
23 parcel of land lying northeasterly of a line, said line

east right-of-way line of the Skyway.

Containing 7.5 acres, more or less, Chico.
- SECTION 2. This-Ordinance shall be and i.t is hereby
declared to be in fu11 farce and effect from and after thixty [30)
days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen [15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting for and against it in the Ghca"`.Enterprise Re-
cord, a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 11th day of March
,1984, by the following vote;
AYES : Supervisors Doian, Mosaley, WheeJ.er, W~.n.stan and Chairman Lemke
