AN INTERI~~ ORDINANCE ~ONiNG A PORTION OP
THE COUNTY OP BUTTE, STATE OP CALIFOP,NIA,
AN "M-1" (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT.
The Board of Supervisors o.f. the County of Butte, State of
CaLifarnia, under and pursuant to Chapter Z~-3.0 af. the .Butte County)
Code, and declaring an emergency, DO ORDAIN as fallo~~rs:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated. in
he County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
g ~~zoned as an "A~-l" (Light Industrial) District for a period of one
7 ~~undred ti+renty (1 Z Q) d.avs , and such area shall be subject to the
g ~~restrictions and. restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte
9 aunty Code Section 24--11~.
10 Said area so zoned. being located in the unincorporated
11 rea of Butte County, Biggs, more particularly described as fall.oi~7s
12 Lots 49, 5~ and "N" of "Ditzler Tract #2" per
map of record in ~~an Baol:_ 7 on Page FS Q on file
13 in the office of the Butte Caunty Ri~corder,
excepting therefrom th.e southerly 23~J.39 ft.,

1'7 SECTION 2. This urgency ordinance shall take effect
18 immediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen
19 (l 5) days after its passage shall be publisl3ed once ~,rith the names
20 of the members of the Board. of Supervisors voting for and against
21 the same in the Biggs Nei,=s, a nee,=spa~?er in general. cxrcu7.atxon in
22 the County of Butte, State of California. The facts constituting
23 the urgency on i,=hich this Oxdanance is based are:
