The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California,- under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County.
Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follo~as:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
the Gounty of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
zoned as a "C-2" (General Commercial) District, and. such area shall.
Ibe subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations
pursuant to Butte County Cade Section 24-105.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
area of Butte County, Chico, more particularly described as fallotirs
All that property located S of Eaton Rd. E of
the easterly right-of-way line of State Hwy.
99, and N ~ 1~ of the following described line:
Beginning at a point on the southerly right-of-
way line of Eaton Rd., said. point alsa being the
NE corner of Parcel I as the same is shoti~~ an that
certain parcel map filed i.n the office of the
County Recorder of the County of Butte, State of
California in Book 73 of Parcel Maps at pages 38
and 39;

zoned as a "A-SR" (Agxicultural -Suburban Residential.} District; and
such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses
and regulations pursuant to Butte Ca~anty Cade Section Z4-99.
Said area sa zoned being lacated in the unincorporated
area of Butte,County, Chico, more particularly described as follows:
All that property lacated S of Eatan Rd., E of
the easterly right-of-way line of State Hwy. 99,
and S ~ E of the following described line;

SECTION 3 , This Ordinance shall be and it is I;ereby
declared to be in fall. force and e~'fect from and after thirty (30)
~~days aftex the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
~~fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be

Supervisors voting for and against it in the Chico Enterprise .............
Record, a newspaper published in tre County of Butte, State of
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of Califarnia, an the 25th day of March
1980, by the follal~7ing vote:
