AN TNTERT~4 ORDINANCE ZOI~?ING A PORTII~ri OF THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN "AR-?+'~I-3" (AGRI-
CULTURAL RESIDENTIAL MOBILE HO?~~E) DISTRICT
1 The-Board of Supervisors of the County of .Butte, State o~
2 California, under and pursuant to Chapter 2~-30 of the Butte Co?znt}
3 Cvde, and declaring an emergency, DO ORDAIN as fo?lows:
4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the County of Butte, State of California, shall be anc? it ~.s hereb}
g zoned as an "AR-MI-I-3" (Agricultural Residential - hzobile Home - 3
~ acre:-parcels) District for a period of one hundred twenty (120)
8 days, and such area shall be sula~ect to the restrictions and re-
9 stricted uses and regulations pursuant to Ilutte County Code Sec.
10 24-96.
11 Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
12 area of Butte County, Oroville, more particularly described as
13 f allows:
14 Parcel 2 of that Parcel flap of record in 1~4ap
BooIc 7l on Page 78 on file in the office of
15 the Butte County Recorder .
lg SECTION 2. This urgency ordinance shall take effect
17 immediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen
lg (15) days after its passage shall be published once with the names
lg of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against
20 the same in the Orovil~.e Ivlerci~ry, a newspaper in general. circula-
21 tion in the County of Butte, State of Cal. ifornia. The facts con-
22 stitu-l;in.g the urgency of which this Ordinance is based aro:
23 1. To protect the health, welfare and safety of the
24 public.
