COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNO~dN AS THE "SALARY ORDINANCE"

of California, DO ORDAIN, as follows:

4 of the County of Butte entitled PROBATION 430-001 is hereby
~ amended by deleting therefrom the following:
~ Positions Classification Title
7 19 Probation Officer II, I
$ and adding thereto the following:
~ Positions Classification Title
~~ 20 Probation Officer Ii, I
~~ changing the total from 32 to 33.
12 This ordinance shall take effect on May 10, 1980 ___ ,
13 which is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and
1.4 before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage,
i.t shall be published in a newspaper published in the County of
