The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under_and pursuant to Chapter 24-30 of tlie...Butte County

Code, and declaring an emergency, DO ORDAIN as fo~.lows:
Sectiari 1. The second paragraph of Section 1 o.f Interim
Ordinance Pdo. 2086 is hereby amended to read as follows:
Said area so zoned being North Ghico, more particular
~ described as failows:
Unit 1 of the Lindo Manor Subdivision, as
recorded in Book 17 Map of Record on Page 21.
Unit 2 of the Linda Manor Subdivision, as
retarded in Book 19 Map~of Record on Page 5.
Unit 3 of the Linda Manor Subdivision, as
recorded in Book 22 Map of Record on Page 27,
and 28; excepting therefrom lots 103 through
114.
~Con.taining 35 acres, more or less, Chito.
Section 2. That Section 2 of Interim Ordinance No. 2086
is hereby deleted..
Section: 3. This urgency ordinance shall take effect
immediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen
{15) days after is passage sha11 be published once with the names
of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against
the same in the Chico Enterprise-Record, a newspaper in the
general circulation ri the County of Butte, State of California.
The facts constituting the urgency on which this Ordinance is
based are:
1. To allow the Butte County Planning Commission
sufficient time to study the area.

County of Butte, State of California, on the Sth day of April,
1980, by the following vote:
