COMA'IERCIAL) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
Calform a, under and---pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the. Butte...-County.
Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
'.zoned as a "C-2" (General Commercial) District, and such area shall',
be subject to the restrictions and xestricted uses and regulations
pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-105.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
!,axea of Butte County, Durham, more particularly described as follow;
All that certain real property situate in the County
of Butte, State of California, described as follows:
Parcel. One: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 in
Block "Q" of the "TOV~N OF DURHAAT, BUTTE CO., CAL.",
according to the official map thereof filed in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State
of California, November 1, 1881, in Book 1 of Maps,
at Page 59.
Parcel Two: A portion of Lot 20, according to-that
certain Map entitled, "OFFICIAL MAP OF THE FRANICLIN
SUBDIVISION, NEAR DURHAM, BUTTE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA",
which Map was filed in the office of the Recorder of
the County of Butte, State of California, October 3,
1900, in Book Z of Maps, at Page 143, BEGINNING at
the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 20; thence west-
erly along northerly line of said Lot 20, 360 feet 4
inches to an iron pin in the centerine of Franklin
Avenue; thence S along centerline of said Franklin
Avenue 119 feet to an iron pin; thence easterly and
parallel with north line of said Lot 20, 391 feet 8
inches to an iron pin on easterly line of Lot 20; thence
northerly along said easterly line 116 feet to the
point of beginning.
Containing 3.21 acres, more or less.
SECTION 13. This Ordinance sha11 be and it is hereby
declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30)

1 days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of

3 published once with the names of the members of the Board of
4 Supervisors voting for and against it in the Chico Enterprise Recorc
5 a newspaper published. in the County of Butte, State of California.
6 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Baaxd of Supervisors of the
7 County of Butte, State of California, on the ISth day of April
8 1980, by the following vote:
