BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, A '`C-2" {GENERAL
COMh4ERCIAL) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
~, The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of ,the ..Butte ,County.
3 Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
g zoned as a '`C-2" (General Commercial) District, and such area shall
7 be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations
8 pursuant to Butte County Cade Section 24-105.
g Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
10 area of Butte County, Chico, more paxticularly described as follows
11 All that property located within the County of
Butte bounded on the N by the N line of the
12 Southern Pacific Railroad right-of-way, on the
S by the S right-of-way line of State Hwy. 32,
13 on the ~~] by the W right-of -way line of A~iuir Ave . ,
and on the E by the E bank of Lindo Channel..

Also the following described portions of "Bidwell 's
15 6th Sub" per map of record in map book 5 on page 30
on file in the office of the Butte County Recorder:

That portion of Lot 19 described as beginning at
18 the most northerly corner of said Lot 19; thence
southerly along the ~V line of said Lot 19 396 ft.;
19 thence southeasterly, parallel with the northerly
line of Lot 19, to the E line of Lot 19; thence
20 northerly along said E line 39b ft. to the N line
of said Lot 19; thence northwesterly along said N
21 line to the point of beginning. Excepting there-
from that portion located within the State Hwy. 32

the Butte County Recorder.
Lot 16 of "Green Acres Sub" per map of record in
map book 35 on pages 6 and 7 on file in the office
of the Butte County Recorder, and also that property
located northwesterly of said "Greece Acres Sub",
southeasterly of Lindo Channel and S of, and within
170 ft. of the centerline of State Hwy. 3Z.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to be in full force and effect from-and after thirty (30)
days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting for and against it in the Chico Enterprise Recor
a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 15~h day of April
1930, by the following vote: ~,
