The Board of .Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of..Califo.rnia, D.O..ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. That §l4-lS of the Butte County Cade is
hereby amended to read as follows:
§14-15. It shall be unlawful to operate any motor
vehicle in the area commonly known as the Lindo Channel, consist
of all of Lindo Channel to the Sacramento River, unless so
authorized by Butte County or its authorized representative.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30)
days of its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (l5)
days after its passage, shall be published once with the names of
the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against
it in the Chico miter rise- Record a newspaper published in
the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisor
this 22nd day of April' 1880, by the fallowing vote:
