AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, A "TP-1b0 (TI~~BER
PRESERVE] DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2~-29.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte , State of
California; under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County
Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION I. The hereinafter described area situated in
the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
zoned as a "TP-1b0" (Timber Preserve - 1b0 acre parcels) District,
and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted
uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Cade Section 24-19Q.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
area of Butte County, north of Oroville, more particularly describes
as follows
Lots 3 and 4, the S 1/2 of the NZ~ 1/4, and the N 1/2
of the SW 1/4 of Sec, 5, T21N R5E MDB~M.
Containing 230 acres, more or Less,
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (3fl)
days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15} days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting for and against it in the Oroville Mercury, a
newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 22nd day of April
19$0, by the following vote:
