The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California , under and-pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte .County
.,Coda of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION ~.. The hereinafter described area situated in
the County of Butte, State of Galifarnia, shall be and it is hereby
zoned as a "PA-C" (Planned Area-Cluster) District, and such area
shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and re-
gulations pursuant to Butte County Cade Section 24-126.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
area of Butte County, Forest Ranch, more particularly described as

AlI that certain real property situate in the County
of Butte, State of California described as follows:
Being a portion of Lat Z of that certain map entitled
"FOREST P.ANCH SUBDIVISION", ~--+lhich was recorded October
2Z, 1975, in Book 43, at pages 83, 84, 85, and 86,
Butte County Official Records more particularly des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot Z, said
point being a 3/4" I.P. Tagged L.S. 2843; thence from
said paint of beginning and running along t'~e east
Line of said Lot Z, S 07° 41' ZZ" ~'V 19.57 ft. to the
beginning of a 133 .3f ft, radius curve to the left;
thence along the arc of said curve through a central
angle of 61° Z6' 10" on an arc length of 143.00 ft.;

Containing 4.78 acres, more or less.
5ECTTON 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to be in full force and effect from anal after thirty (30}
days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen (I S) days after its passage, this Ordinance slxall be
published once with the names of the members of the Board~of
Supervisors voting far and against it in the Chico:=Enterprise Re-
cord, a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
Cal ifarnia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
Count~,~~'of Butte, State of California, an the 22nd day of April
1980, by the following vote:
