AN INTERIM ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN "AR-MH" (AGRI-
CULTURAL RESIDENTIAL - MOBILE HOME) DISTRICT.
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 California,. under anal pursuant to ..Chapter 24_30 of the .Buttte County
3 Gode, and declaring an emergency, DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 SEGTiON 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
g the County of Butte, State of California, shall. be and it is hereby
g zoned as a "AR-MH" {Agricult#zral Residential - Mobile Home)
7 District for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days, and such
8 area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and
~ regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Sec. 24-93.
lp Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
11 area of Butte County, Oroville, more particularly described as
12 follows:
13 The S 1/2 of Lot 12 and all of Lots 13, l4, and 15
of "McNamee Tract" per map of record in D?ap Book b
14 on Wage 69 in the office of the Butte County Recorder
and that portion of the N 1/2 of Nevada Ave. (now
].5 abandoned} located between the southerly prolongations
of the W line of said Lot l2 and the E line of said
1B Lot 1S.
17 Containing 1.33 acres, more or less.
l,g SECTION Z . This urgency ordinance shall. ta?ce effect
lg immediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of fif teen
20 (15} days after its passage shall be published once with the names
21 of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against
22 the same in the Oroville ~?ercury, a newspaper in general. circula-
23 tion in the County of Butte, State of California. The facts con-
24 stituting the urgency an which this Ordinance is based are:
2~ 1. To protect the health, welfare and safety of the
26 public.

PASSED AND ADOPTED BY the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 29th day of April, 198(
by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Bolan, Moseley, Wheeler and Chairman Lemke
NOES : None
ABSENT : Supervisor Winston
