AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALTFORNIA, A "TAi-5" {TIMBER
MOUNTAIN) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29,

3 Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 SECTION 1, The hereinafter described area situated in
g the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
g zoned as a "TM-5" {Timber ATountain - 5 acxe parcels} District, and
7 such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses
g and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-174.

days after the date of its passage, this Ordinance shall be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting for and against it in the Ch~ico:Enterpxis~;Re-
cord, a nei,7spaper published in the County of Butte,.State of
~ California .
