BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, A "C-2" (GENERAL
COMMERCIAL) DISTRTCT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California,.under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County
Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows;
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
zoned as a "C-2" {General Commercial) District, and such area shall
Abe subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations
pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-105.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
area of Butte County, Chico, more particularly described as fallows~:
All that certain real property situate in the County
of Butte, State of California, descxibed as follows:
The southerly 50 ft. of the easterly lS0 ft. of Lot
5, in Block b, as shown on the Map entitled, "Four-
teenth Subdivision of the John Bidwell Rancho, Near
Chico, Butte County, California"r which Map was
filed in the office of the Recordex~of the County
of Butte, State of California, on the 14th day of
August 1907, in Volume fi of Maps,' at Page 68, said
property fronting 80 ft. on Mangrove Avenue, formerly
Laurel Avenue, and having a depth of l5fl ft.
Containing 0.17 acres, more or less, Chico.
SECTTON 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30)
days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
(fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting for and against it in the Gh-i~o:~Enterprise Re-
cord, a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
California.
