AN DRDINANCE ZONING A PORTION DF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALTFORNIA, A "M-1" (LTGHT
I~DUSTRIAI,) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.

2 California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29-of the Butte...County
3 Code of said County OR ORDATN as fallows:
4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
g zoned as a "M-1" (sight Industrial) District, and such area shall
7 be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations
8 pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-114.
g Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
10 area of Butte .County, Oroville, More particularly described as
lI follows:
12 All that real property situated in the NE l/4 of Sec.
32 T19N R4E MDA4 Butte County, CA and being mare part-
- 13 icularly described as follows:
14 Beginning at a point on the W line of said NE 1/4
from which the N l/4 corner of said Sec. 32 bears N
15 00° 04' 44" W &60 ft.; thence southerly along said W
line S d0° 04' 44" E 894.89 ft,; thence leaving said
1B W line N 88° 41' 30" E 267Q ft. to the E line of the
said NE l/4; thence northerly along said E line N 00°

20 SECTTON 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
21 declared to be in full farce and effect from and after thirty.(30)
22 days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
23 ,fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
24 published once with the names of the members of the Board of
25 Supervisors voting far and against it in the Oroville Mercury, a
2g newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
