AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN "A-10" (AGRICULTURAL)
DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.

2 California, under and pursuant -to Chapter.24-29 of. the Butte.County ..,
3 Code of said County DO ORDATN as follows:
4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
~ the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereb
g zoned as an "A-10" (Agricultural) District, and such area shall be
ry subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations
g pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-75.
g Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
10 area of Butte County, northwest of Bangor, more particularly des~-
11 -cr~:bed as follows
12 The S 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section Z0, the NE 1/4
of Section 19, the NE 1/4 of the N~9 1/4 of Section
13 19, and the E 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of
Section 19, all within T18N RSE, MDBFM.

Containing 300 acres, more or less, northwest of Bangor.

16 SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
17 declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty [30)
lg days after the date of its passage, and~`befo~e=~.the expira~~on of
lg fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
2p published once. with the names of the members of the Board of
21 Supervisors voting. for and against it in the Oroville Mercury, a
22 newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of Calffornia.

24 County of Butte, State of California, on the 20th day of May
2S 1980, by the following vote:
