AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN':"AR-A~i-I" (AGRICULTURAL-R>;SI-
DENTIAL-MOBILE HOATB} DISTRICT, Pt1RSUANT TO CHAPTER ~24-29.
1 The Baard of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 California, under and pursuant to..Chapter 2.4-2.9 of the... Butte County
3 Cade of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
g the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
g zoned as an "AR-MH" (Agricultural Residential-Mobile Home) District
7 and such area sha11 be subject to the restrictions and restricted
g uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-93.
g Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
10 area of Butte County, Oraville, more particularly described as
11 follows:
12 The E I/2 of Lot 6 in Block 26, as shoim on the Nfap
entitled, "~~ap of Villa Verona, Butte County, Cal.ifarnia",
13 which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the
County of Butte, State of Galifvxnia,. dated 3anuaxy
14 17, 1$89.
~,~ Excepting therefrom the easterly 20 ft. of said Lot 6.
1B Containing 1.96 acres, more ar 1ess, Oraville.

18 declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30)
19 days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
20 fifteen (I5} days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
2I published once with the names of th.e members of the Board of
22 Supervisors voting for and against it in the Oroville Mercury, a
23 Newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
24 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
25 Count)T of Butte, State of California, an the 20th day of May
28 I980, by the following vote:
