The, Board o~ Supervisors of the County a~ Butte,- State
of Cali~.i'ornia, DO ORDAIN as follows
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 13}8 is hereby repealed.
'S~ectiori 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty {30}
days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (I5} days after-ids passage, it shall be published with
the names of tfie members voting for and against the same, in the

Butte, State of California.
