The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24--29 of-the Butte .County .
Cade of said County, DO ORDAIN as folloi,Ts:
SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situate d in
the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it i.s hereby
zoned as an "RT-1" (Single Family Residential-~~tobile Home) District
hand such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted
uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-159.
Said area so zoned l.+eing located in the unincorporated
area of Butte County, Oroville, more particularly described as foll ws:
Lots 23 ~ 24 of "Mt; Ida Sub" pex Asap o.f Record
in rfiap Book 11 on Pages 21, 22 ~ 23 in the office
of the Butte County Recorder,
Containing 37.6 acres, more or less, Oroville
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to be in full force and effect fxom and after thirty (30)
days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
published once witi~. the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting for and against it in the Oroville Mercury, a
newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY the 3oard of Supervisors of t_he
County of Butte, State of California, on the 27~h day of May
1980, by the follo~ring vote;
