HomeMy WebLinkAbout2111ORDINANCE N0. 2111 AN INTERIM ORDINANCE 20NING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN "P-Q" (PUBLTC- QUASI-PUBLIC) DISTRICT 1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of 2 California, under and p.ur.suant to Chapter 2.4-30 of the Butte County 3 Code, and declaring an emergency, DO ORDAIN as follows: 4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in g the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby g zoned as a "P-Q" (Public-Quasi Public) District for a period of 7 eight (8) months, and such area shall be subject to the restriction: g and restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code g Section 24-129. 10 Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated 11 area of Butte County, near Paradise, more particularly described as 1~ follows: 13 All that certain real property situate in the County of Butte, State of California, described as follows: 14 A portion of the SW 1/4 of Sec. 30, T22~d, R4E, MDB~M, 15 mare particularly described as follows: 16 Commencing at the NW cornea of the SW 1/4 of said Sec. 30 said point being also the SW coiner of WEST 17 FEATHER RIVER ESTATES UNIT N0. 3, the Official Map of which was filed in the office of the Recorder of the 18 County of Butte, State of California, July 27, 1959 in Book 24 of Maps, at page 6; thence N 88° 58' 25" E, 19 along the S line of said Subdivision and said line pro- jected, a distance of 145fi.07 ft. to a 3/4 inch iron 20 pipe marked L.S. 2843, marking the true point of begin- ning for the parcel herein described; thence from said 21 true point of beginning, continuing N 88° 58' 25" E, 340.58 ft. to a point in the centerline of the Pentz- 22 Magalia Highway; thence S 11° 38' S3" W, along the centerline of said Pentz-Magalia Highway, a distance of 23 187.27 ft.; thence S $8° 58' 25" W, a distance of 295.49 24 f t. to a point on the easterly line of that certain par- cel of land described in the Deed from A. M. Hoefling, ~ et ux, to Carl W. SECTION 2. This urgency ordinance shall take effect im- mediately upon its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (l 5) days after its passage shall be published once with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against the same in the Paradise Post, a newspaper in general circulation in the County of Butte, State of Gal ifornia.
