The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, DO..ORDAIN, as follows.-:.,

Section 7 that Section No. 35 of Ordinance No. 2060
of the County of Butte entitled SHERIFF-CORONER -- INCARCERATION
350-003 is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the following:

thereby changing the total from 21 to 26.
This ordinance shall take effect on Jul 19, 1980 ,
which is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and
before the expiration of fifteen {l 5) days after its passage,
it shall be published in a newspaper published in-the County
of Butte, State of California.
