AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN RT-1 {MINIMUM DENSITY
RESIDENTTAL-MOBTLE HOME) DTSTRICT PURSUANT TQ CHAPTER 24-:
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, under and pursuant to-Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County.
Cade of said County DO ORDATN as follows:
SECTTON 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
!zoned as an "RT-1" {Minimum Density Residential-Mobile Home)
District, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and
restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code
(Section 24-150.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
area of Butte County, A4agalia, more particularly described as
follows:
A portion of Parcel One, as shown on that certain
Parcel Map filed in Book 50 of Parcel Maps, at Pages
49 and 50, mare particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the E 1/4 corner of said Sec, 36, thence
along the east-west centerline of said Sec., N 89°
56' O1" W, 632.14 ft, to the NE corner of said Parcel
One and the true point of beginning for the parcel
herein described; thence from said true paint of
beginning, S 10° 51' OS" P~, 152.27 ft.; thence S 42°
44' 04" W, 143.10 ft.; thence S 24° 33' 30" E, 10.00
ft.; thence S 65° 26' 05" W, 60.00 ft.; thence N 24°
34' 04" W, 10.00 ft.; thence along the arc of a 120,00
foot radius curve, concave to the SW, through a central
angle 46° 57' 12", an arc distance of 98.34 ft.; thence
S 29° 45' 33" W, 157.78 ft.; thence N $1° 56' 46" W,
79.10 ft.; thence S 14° 45' 38" W, 71.01 ft.; thence
N 87° 00' S0" W, 149.19 ft.; thence N 70° 14' 48" W,
235.01 ft.; thence N 11° 56' Ol" E, 156.42 ft.;
thence N 54° 02' 12" E, 224.82 ft.; thence N 58° 07'
34" E, 73.05 ft. to the east-west centerline of said
Sec. 36; thence along said centerline, S 89° 56' Ol"~E,
520.00 ft. to the true point of beginning.

SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
declared to be in full forte--and effect from and after thirty (30)
days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
published once with the names of the members of the Board of
Supervisors voting for and against it in the Paradise Post;"~~,news-
paper published in the County of Butte, State of California.

1980, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Moseley, Wheeler and Ghai.rman Lemke
