AN ORDINANCE ZONTNG PORTIONS OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE,
STATE OF CALTFORNIA, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California,--under .and..pursu.ant to.Chapter.24-29 of.the Butte County
Cade of said County UO ORDAIN as follows:
SECTTON 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
zoned as a "C-1" (Light Commercial) District, and such area shall
~be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations
pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-102.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
area of Butte County Chico, more particularly described as follows:
Lots ~, 4, 5, ~ 5 of "Vista Del h~onte Sub" per map
of Record in Map Book 17 on Page 6 on file in the
office of the Butte County Recorder.
SECTTON 2. The hereinafter described area situated in
the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
zoned as a "C-2" (General Commercial) District, and such area shall
be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses and regulations
pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-105.
Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
area of Butte County, Chico, more particularly described as follows
A portion of Lots: 1Q of "Bidwell 6th Sub" per map
of record in Asap Book 5 on Page 30 on file in the
office of the Butte County Recorder, described as
follows
The westerly 24$.5 ft. of said Lot 10, excepting
therefrom the southerly 714.18 ft.
SECTION 3. The hereinaf ter descx~.bed area situated in
the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is here
~zaned as an "SR-l" (Suburban Residential - 1 acre parcels) District,

and such area shah be subject to the restrictions and restricted
uses and regulations pursuan.t..ta.Butte County Cade Section 24-162.
Said area sa zoned being located in the unincorporated area
Hof Butte County, Chico, more particularly described as follows;
The southerly 339.52 ft. of the westerly 128.3 ft.
the southerly 280 ft. of the easterly 146.8 ft. of
the westerly 275.1 ft., the southerly 259.66 ft. of
the easterly 171.4 ft. of the westerly 446.5 ft.,
and the southerly 156.7 ft. of the easterly 213.5 ft.
of the westerly 660 ft. of Lot 20 of "Bidwell 6th Sub"
pex map of record in Map Book 5 on Page 30 on file in
the office of the Butte County Recorder. Also the
easterly 70 ft. of the northerly 23D ft. of Lot 27
of said "Bidwell 6th Sub.".
SECTION 4. The hereinafter described area situated in
e County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
13 zoned as an "A-5" (Agricultural - 5 acxe parcels} District, and

5 SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall he and it is hereby
B declared to be in full farce and effect from and after thirty {30)
7 days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
8 fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
9 published once with the names of the members of the Board of
10 Supervisors voting far and against it in the Chico Enterprise
11 Record, a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
12 Gal ifornia.
