AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AN "FR-5" (FOOTHILL
RECREATIONAL) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
Y The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,~State of
2 California, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County
3 Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
g zoned as an "FR-5" (Foothill Recreational - 5 acre parcel) District
7 and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted
$ uses and xegulatians pursuant, to Butte County Code Section 24-112(a~
g ~ Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
lp area of Butte County, between Oroville and Feather Falls, more

12 Lot 2 and the NE l/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 29,

EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion described as follows:

BEGINNING at the NE corner of the N l/2 of the SE
15 1/4 of said Section 29; thence W along the N line
of the SE 1/4 of said Section 29, a distance of
16 660.00 ft. to a point; thence S and parallel. with the
easterly line of said Section 29, a distance of 2250.0

in said Section 29; thence N 77° 30' E along the
18 southerly line of said Lot 2, a distance of 680.0
feet, maze or less, to the SE corner of said Lot Z, said

23 SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby

~ days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of

Supervisors-voting for and against it in the Oroville Mercury, a

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, on the 10th day of June, 1980,
by the fallowing vote:
