The hereinafter described area situated in tl~e County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby zoned as an "A'~-1" (Light Industrial) District, and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and. restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte Gaunty Gode Section 24-114. Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated area of Butte County, Chico, more particularly described as follows The westerly 300 feet of Section 2, T22N, R1.E, MDBF~M, excepting that portion located within the SIV 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 2. Containing 27.27 acres, more or less, Chico. SECTION 2. The Ordinance shall be and it is hereby declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen {15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be published once with the names of the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it in the Chico Enterprise, a new~pap~r~published in the Gounty of Butte, State of California.
