AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, A "TM-5" (TIMBER
MOUNTAIN) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
1 The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
- 2 Cal ifarnia, under-and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte County.
3 Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
g zoned as a "TM-5" (Timber Mountain - 5 acre parcels) District, and
7 such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted uses ':.
g and regulations puxsuant to Butte County Code Section 24-174.
g Said area sa zoned being located in the unincorporated
10 area of Butte County, north of Forest Ranch, more. particularly
11 described as follows:
12 The westerly 950 feet of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of
Section 33, T24N, R3E, MDB~M and that portion of the
l,3 NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 33, T24N, R3E, A4DB~M,
lying west of the fallowing described line:

Beginning at a point on the N line of said Se.c. 33,
15 1200 ft. W of the N 1/4 corner of said Sec., thence
southeasterly to a point an the S line of the NE 1/4
lg of the NW 1/4 of said SEc. 9.~0 ft. E of the SW corner of
the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section.

Containing 4~ acres, more or less, north of Forest Ranch.

lg SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall. be and it is hereby
20 declaxed to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30}
21 days after the date of its passage., and before the expiration of
22 fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
2~ published once with the names of the members of the Board of
24 Supervisors voting for and against it in the Chico Enterprise
2~ Record, a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of
26 Calffornia.
