AN ORDINANCE ZONTNG A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE
STATE OF CALTFORNIA, AN "AR-A'IH-3" (AGRICULTURAL REST-
DENTTAL-MOBILE HOME) DTSTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2.Califarnia, under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 of the Butte Gounty
3 Co~.e of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
g zoned as an "AR-~SFi-3" (Agricultural Residential-Mobile Home..3 acre
7 arcels} District, and such area shall be subject to the restrictio
8 nd restricted uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code
g ection 24-96.
10 Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
Z1 rea of Butte County, Forest Ranch, more particularly described as
12 allows:
13 Lot 13, as shown on that certain map entitled,
"Forest Ranch Subdivision", which map was filed
14 in the office of the Recorder of the Gounty of Butte,
State of Galifornia, October 22, 1975 in Book 43 of
15 Maps, at pages 83, 84, 85 and 86.
16k~ Containing 4.68 acres, more or less, Forest Ranch.
~7 SECTION Z: This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
18 eclared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty {30)
].9 ays after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
24 fifteen (15j- days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
2~ ublished once with the names of .the members of the .Board of
22 upervisors voting for and against it in the Chico Enterprise Record,
23 newspaper published in the Gounty of Butte, State of California.
24 PASSED AND ADOFTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
25 aunty of Butte, State of California, an the 8th day of July
28 980, by the following vote:
