AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, A ''SR=1'" (SUBllRBAN
RESIDENTIAL} DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 . California.,.. under and pursuant to Chapter 24-29 .of th~,.,~utite _County_ '.
3 Code of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 SECTION 1, The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the County of Butte, State of California, shall. be and it is hereby
g zoned as a "SR-1" [Suburban Residential _ l acre parcels) District,
7 and such area shall be subject to the restrictions and restricted
8 uses and regulations pursuant to Butte County Code Section 24-162..
g Said area so zoned being loc~.ted in the unincorporated
10 area of Butte County,- Chico, more particularly described as follows
11 Lot 28. That portion of Lot l9 located S of a line
described as being parallel with the centerline of
12 State Hwy. 32, beginning at a point on the W line
of said Lot 19 located 396 ft, S of the NW corner of
13 Lat 19, and ending at a point on the E line of said
Lot 19 located X96 ft. S of the NE corner of Lot l9,

15 SECTION 2, This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
18 declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30}
17 days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
18 fifteen (1 S)-days after its passage, this Ordinance sha11 be
19 published once with the names of the members of the Board of
20 Supervisors voting for and against it in the Chico Enterprise Re-
21 card, .a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of Calif-
22 ornia.
23 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
24 County of Butte,,State of California, on 'the: 15th day of July
