The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
-of California, DO ORDAIN., as.follows.:

Section 1 that Section No. 46 of Ordinance No. 2060 of the
County of Butte entitled BUILDING INSPECTION 440--003 is hereby
amended by deleting therefrom the following:

and adding thereto the following:

thereby changing the total from 23 to 22.
Section 2 that Section No. 63 of Ordinance No. 2060 of the
County of Butte entitled PUBLIC HEALTH - ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH
540-003 is hereby amended. by adding thereto the following:
Positions Classification Title
1 Typist Clerk II, I
thereby changing the total. from 11 to 12.
This ordinance shall take effect on Au~usr 30, 1980
which is beyond 30 days after the date of its adoption, and
before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage, it
shall be published in a newspaper published in the County
of Butte, State of California.
