AN ORDINANCE ZONING A PORTION OF THE COUNTY OF
BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, A "TM-1" (TIh1BER
MOUNTAIN) DISTRICT, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 24-29.
~ The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
2 California, under and pursuant. to t~hapter 24-29 a.f the Butte County
3 Cade of said County DO ORDAIN as follows:
4 SECTION 1. The hereinafter described area situated in
5 the County of Butte, State of California, shall be and it is hereby
g zoned as a "TM-1" (Timber Mountain - 1 acre parcels) District, and
7 such area shall be subject to the xestrictians and restricted uses
8 and regulations pursuant to Butte Caunty Code Section 24-165.
g Said area so zoned being located in the unincorporated
~0 area of Butte County, Forest Ranch, more particularly described as
1~ follows:
12 Parcels 1, 2, 3, F~ 4 of that parcel map recorded
on Pages 49 ~ 50 of Baolc 70 of the Butte County
13 Recorder,
14 Containing 22.13 acres, more ar less,-Forest Ranch.
15 SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be and it is hereby
lg declared to be in full force and. effect from and after thirty {30)
17 days after the date of its passage, and before the expiration of
18 fifteen (15) days after its passage, this Ordinance shall be
19 published once with the names of the members of the Board of
20 Supervisors voting for and against it in the Chi:ca'.Ente~prise, a
2~ newspaper published in the Caunty of Butte, State of California..
22 PASSED AND ADOPTED BY the Board of Supervjisors of the
23 Caunty of Butte, State of Ca.Iifornia, on the 5th day of .st
24 1980, by the fallowing vote:
